WAGE is expanding its coordinated research effort to provide its member organizations with information encompassing dozens of issues that are important to public employees and public service. Much of this information will be available in the form of digital documents.

The WAGE Research Effort Incorporates:

• National scanning and consolidation of news stories concerning governmental activities, public employee issues and AFL-CIO union activity.

• Reports and briefing sheets on specific issues of interest to public employees, such as benefits, compensation, privatization, collective bargaining, government reorganization

• Access to proposed and enacted statutes, regulations, rules, government documents, court decisions and employment agreements.

• Statistics, economic data, budgets and staffing patterns.
